The Traveling Heels

Give a girl the right pair of shoes and she can rule the world.

Obagi 360 | House of Obagi Bloggers’ Night

The House of Obagi (HOO) hosted an intimate dinner at M-Cafe for Manila’s finest beauty bloggers to launch their Obagi 360 line.

The Obagi team discussed their best-selling products like the Obagi Nu-Derm line, chemical peels like TRUPeel & Blue Peel, Elastilash and Obagi 360 over good food, mouth-watering drinks and great company.

I usually have a short attention span especially when speakers start flashing powerpoints but the doctors got my undivided attention because they look like they’re Dr. McSteamy & Dr. McDreamy from Grey’s Anatomy. *hee*

Obagi is not just your ordinary skin care line – it’s the #1 prescription-strength, physician-dispensed skin care system in the world. It works on five different levels to make sure that your skin gets the ultimate care, from treating skin problems to pampering the surface, and making sure that the body’s largest organ functions at its best.

For a complete transformation, try OBAGI 360 and see a 360 transformation in your skin. Dubbed as “The Complete Obagi System”, Obagi 360 contains: the Obagi Nu-Derm Foaming Gel, Toner, Clear, Exfoderm, Blender, Physical Sunscreen SPF 32, Pro-C 10%, Elastiderm Eye Cream, and TR Complex. When used together under the guidance of an Obagi-affiliated dermatologist, these products synergistically work to give you your best skin ever.

I first heard about Obagi from my mom. She’s been using and raving about their products for years now. She has the whole Obagi NuDerm line and influenced me to use their Te-Pads. Obagi is very effective against acne and prevents breakouts so I always equip myself with their products when the “time of the month” is coming.

Here’s Dra. Julie answering our questions and concerns regarding Obagi 360. I consulted with her regarding my infection two months ago. We were seated at the same table but she didn’t recognize me until I told her about the “huge lump” on my face then she immediately recalled who I am. I think I looked like crap when I visited her at the HOO Trinoma branch. T__T

Finally met Lissa Kahayon of Scene Stealer & my “atchi” Sophie Uy of Beautynomics. They may look fierce in photos but these two lovely ladies are very friendly and approachable. <3

Lissa was asking me what cream/serum I use on my eyes because I have no eye bags despite having an average of 3-4 hours of sleep only every night. I was about to tell her what I use until we got interrupted by people congratulating her because she won the Obagi eye cream raffle. Lucky coincidence. XD (Lissa, Let me know if it works!)

Here’s a complete photo of all the bloggers & the HOO team. (Photo from Roanne)

Everyone got to take home this stylish bag & an Obagi C-Sunguard SPF 30.

Did you know: You NEED to apply sunblock even when you stay indoors because harmful rays of the sun can enter through your windows. This is to prevent the development of freckles, sun spots and discoloration of the skin. I found out about this through Dra. Julie of HOO because I sometimes skip sunblock because I stay indoors most of the time.

I guess the Obagi C-Sunguard will be my newest best friend because I’m afraid of getting dark. Its consistency is perfect because it dries up on your face pretty quick and has a sheer finish. It’s more creamy than liquid too so I’ll definitely buy this when I run out!

*I’ll be posting more about Obagi soon because I’ll be trying out their Blue Peel next week. I heard that this chemical peel can bring back our baby skin so I jumped into the Obagi bandwagon together with other beauty bloggers like Shen, Sophie & Rowy.

Crossing my fingers!! ✗o✗o
