Sueño de Espadrilles <3

Val, Crissey & I visited Sueño de Espadrilles at The Podium mall last summer. I misplaced all my files so I’m posting my April-May blog entries just now. :s Thankfully, this is my last backlog entry. Wuhoo!
It’s a good thing Espadrilles never go out of style. ;)

It was my first time to enter the shop because I rarely shop at The Podium mall. When I entered the store, I felt like I was transported to Spain. There were jute ropes everywhere! Even on their flip flops! XD

Their salesladies even have the bullfighting cloth wrapped around their waist. Toro, toro!

They have a wide variety of shoes. In case you didn’t know, espadrilles are usually sneakers made of canvas or cotton fabric with a jute rope. Nowadays, it has evolved into different styles like flip flops, wedges, sandals, etc.

Out of all the shoes in the shop, these wedges were my favorite!

They also have espadrilles for men.

These were supposed to be my top pick since I don’t own a single pair of sneakers…

But my friends said it’s too “Maria Clara” for me. HAHAHA!! :)))

So I ended up taking this baby home! They’re sooo comfy, you can practically run in them! Wore them to the mall for a whole day and my toes felt like they were being massaged every step of the way. HERE’s a photo. :D
