Catwalk Cosmetics Summer Workshop + June 2012 schedule! :D

Here’s a quick recap of our Makeup Workshop last April 21 and 28 with special guest fashion bloggers, Vern & Verniece Enciso! :)

All students got to take home a Catwalk gift bag with loads of goodies.

So glad I found these kitty stationaries. I hope I can still find more of these for future classes. XD

The highlight of the goody bag were these handmade makeup peanut butter cupcakes from SugaRush Cakes!

We started with a skin care talk using 2 of my favorite brands:

Garnier Pure Active for skin care and..

Nivea Sun for Sun Protection and Angel Star body lotion to keep your skin moisturized this summer.

After the skin care talk, Dr. Janna of Freshlook Contact Lenses taught the students the proper way of taking care of their contact lenses and how to wear them.

It was the first time for most students to wear contact lenses.

It only took minutes for Vern & Verniece to place in theirs.

Ta-dah! Hazel eyes! So gondoh! <3

Now here’s the fun part~ makeup application!!

Thanks to Tonic Bags & Shoes for the leopard print makeup kits. It’s so tiny but all of our makeup could fit in it!! :D

Here’s their work station filled with Etude House products. The students got to keep the cute pink brush set too! :D

Vern was such a sweet big sister by helping Verniece out with her makeup. 

The result:

 

Verniece was in awe with the ‘doll eye technique’ I taught her. Makes her look even more doll-like than how she already is without any makeup. XD

Vern’s favorite part was learning how to draw and shape her eyebrows!

So happy that most of my students became good friends after my class. ;D

In case you missed my previous classes, we will have one post-summer workshop on June 23, which will be exactly the same as the April 21 & 28 classes. We had to move the date because we will be at the Superb Supersale Bazaar on May 23-27.

Workshop details:

June 23, 2012 (Saturday). The class will run from 1pm to 5pm at a private studio in Pasig City. We want to avoid people showing up unexpectedly so we will only email the complete address after confirmation. :)

Our schedule for this April is a bit tight, I know. The first session is 10 days from now so I’ll be giving a special price for April 21 if you enroll with the special discount code from our special guest fashion bloggers. (Read on to find out who!)

You can choose between two dates: April 21 or 28. Both are Saturdays and classes run from 1pm to 5pm at a private studio in Pasig City. We want to avoid people showing up unexpectedly so we will only email the complete address after confirmation. :)

Beginners are VERY MUCH WELCOME. In fact, you don’t need to own any makeup because all materials will be provided by Etude House Philippines. You will get to use the latest and hottest products from my favorite Korean Makeup brand! :D

Prior to makeup application, I’ll discuss the proper skin care routine using Garnier Pure Active products. It’s perfect for our hot weather right now because acne usually appear when we sweat a lot.

Of course, we also need the proper sun care to protect our skin from the harmful rays of the sun using Nivea Sun products.

Aside from the skin care routine, we’ll be having Freshlook Contact lens’ Dra. Romualdez to teach us the proper way to wear and take care of contact lenses.

You’ll see that you don’t have to put your eyes at risk by using cheap giant circle lenses to achieve the “Korean look”. :>
