The Vow Premiere | RIVALRY: Ateneo- La Salle Musical

A few weeks ago, Carmex and Zoya Manila invited us to the special screening of The Vow. I enjoyed meeting all my sexy and single & happily in love ticket winners at Rockwell Power Plant. The cinema was filled with pretty fashion and beauty bloggers of Manila plus their beloved readers. I hate myself for not being able to take a group photo using my cam! >__>

Before the movie started, the sponsors held a bring-me game and raffled off some prizes. Here’s what we got..

Heno de Pravia soaps, deodorant and talcum powder. These are all made with organic and natural ingredients. Been using the powder for 2 weeks already and I love the light scent and texture. I hope it’s readily available in the market when I run out!

Got 2 lip balms from one of my favorite lip care brands, Carmex! I won’t be opening these anytime soon since I still have an open Carmex lip balm pot from my Europe trip. I’m definitely including the strawberry flavor click stick (right) in my everyday makeup bag.

Gift Certificates to Organic Rituals Spa in Greenhills and a 50% off coupon for Zoya Nail Polish. Really excited to test them in real life because I’ve been browsing a lot of nail art blogs lately and I can’t wait to experiment on my sister’s nails using Zoya Polish.

Which one is your favorite shade? I think I might go with the mint green or the sky blue one!

Speaking of Blue and Green, have you watched RIVALRY - The Ateneo-La Salle Musical?

I was able to watch it last week with my best friend from Ateneo and sister from La Salle and we surely enjoyed the show! You don’t have to be a blue or green student to enjoy it. *points to self* :))

The musical is set in the 1960’s so expect a lot of old school cheesy lines about school, love, friendship and family. My favorite part of the musical is the love triangle between an Atenean and a LaSallian. I never knew that their rivalry originated from …. Oops, I might reveal too much! ;) So go and watch it during it’s last three runs at the Meralco Theatre this week:

Congratulations to Athena (as Reena) for a job well done!! I was so blown away by her performance. I can’t believe I used to sit in the same class with her. I wish she broke into song during our accounting classes before. It would have made my school life easier. haha! :))
